Your first 15-minute consultation is free and there is no obligation to book anything. If you go ahead, you will receive a written plan with clear prices before any treatment.
Most clients describe treatments as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful. We use numbing cream where appropriate, many dermal fillers contain a local anaesthetic, and laser sessions use built-in skin cooling. You can ask us to pause at any time.
Usually very little. Skin peels can cause redness or light flaking for a few days; dermal fillers may cause swelling or bruising for a few days; laser may leave skin pink for a few hours. We will talk you through what to expect for your treatment and plan around any events.
It depends on the treatment, the area and your body. Dermal fillers typically last 6 to 18 months, peels work best as a course with occasional maintenance, and laser offers long-term hair reduction with occasional top-ups. Individual results vary and we never guarantee an outcome.
Healthy adults aged 18 and over with realistic expectations. Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with certain medical conditions or medicines, or when skin is infected or irritated. We check your medical history at every consultation.
You leave with written aftercare advice and a direct contact number. We invite you back for a review where appropriate, such as two weeks after dermal fillers, and you can contact us with any concern at any time.
No. All of our treatments are for adults aged 18 and over, and we may ask for photo ID. In England it is against the law to give dermal fillers to anyone under 18.
Yes, and we encourage it. We never ask for a decision on the day of your consultation. Take your written plan home, think it over and book only when you feel ready.
